I need help and not ashamed to use this medium. Remember my aso-ebi post? Well, the wedding is next week... and its not in this country. The tailor abi na designer made the outfit to absolute perfection. He 'coutured' it in fact. I looked gorgeous about 3 weeks ago. Well...after the enjoyment of the last 2 weeks, Italy, copious amount of pasta, general hedonism and all..... my stomach now resides in its own zip code.
I tried on the aso-ebi last night to reassure myself that everything was OK but alas my stomach looks like Kim Kardashian's butt in reserve and bursting outta the blouse. What to do?
I have considered Atkins. No carbs and Alcohol (coupled with herbal laxatives) for the next 7 days until the wedding. I cannot let myself down. I cannot even amend the outfit because its a very delicate material and I am super worried about ruining it.
If anyone knows of any FAT buster type diets where I can just reduce my tummy or any diet that works wonders in days PLEASE HELP!!!

my dear I have a wedding in a couple of weeks and im on the train... and I gave up on my diet because it is totally not me!!!
If you can diet then Atkins will definitely work! Do it for us! lol
Go on a soups only diet. No recommended for long term. But drastic situations call for drastic measures. This is one of those times.

Kai, unfortunately, I cannot help out.
Go on a high protein, very low carb diet and drink 8-10 tall glasses of water (to beat ware retention) every day from today including the morning of the wedding. Follow-up with cardio (running at least 6mph) for 45mins twice a day (before breakfast and around 4pm, before dinner). Add in 50 sit-ups and do 15 push-ups (not the girly kind, go hardcore) after each run. I can assure you that you will blast that belly flab. Good luck and get it done!

Thanks guys. For now I am doing the MasterCleanse. I am on day 2. I am thinking of adding some sit ups when I find the strength. You guys are the absolute best. Muah x
Eat only salads (add a boiled egg for protein) every day until the wedding. It'll bring your stomach down.
Thanks Anon. I stopped the mastercleanse when I had some chicken suya. I am on a HIGH protein diet now. Veggies and Salads are a good idea (although I am not a huge fan).
